Location: Remote work

Market: Northern Europe – Scandinavia and the UK

We are looking for sales representatives and business developers for our innovative simulation solutions and to strengthen our activities in Northern Europe (Scandinavia, the Baltic countries, and the UK).

Your Role

  • Support and develop existing industrial customers
  • Independently acquire new customers
  • Build and nurture positive, long-term customer relationships
  • Generate sustainable revenue and expand market share
  • Identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions based on our portfolio
  • Analyse the territory and market’s potential, track sales and maintain status reports
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Closely cooperate with our international marketing, sales and technical teams

Your profile

  • Experience in selling simulation software
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Successful sales record with complex, consulting-intensive solutions (B2B business)
  • Engineering / scientific degree or comparable qualification
  • Teamwork skills and customer-centric orientation
  • Confidence in handling contacts, from software users to decision makers
  • Strong communication skills, good listener
  • Independent, quick learner, focused and target-driven
  • Professional and personal development in an open, young, highly-innovative, and international environment
  • Market presence and experience with well-known customers in different industrial sectors
