I dati personali raccolti sono essenzialmente: dati identificativi, di contatto e anagrafica (nome, cognome, data di nascita, indirizzo e-mail, professione, ente, numero cellulare), tipologia di accesso all’evento (partecipante, espositore, organizzatore, speaker). Gli stessi sono forniti direttamente dall’interessato contestualmente alla prestazione del consenso al trattamento. Durante la fruizione fisica dell’evento, vengono raccolte informazioni relative all’accesso alla conferenza stessa (sessione, ora di accesso).
L’evento potrà essere divulgato in diretta streaming su piattaforma messa a disposizione da partner del Titolare dei trattamenti e sarà visibile esclusivamente ai partecipanti, agli sponsor, agli organizzatori e agli speaker dell’evento.
Si comunica che l’evento “Particleworks experience” potrà essere oggetto di riprese e registrazioni audio-video. I dati oggetto del trattamento, incluse le immagini, delle riprese e delle registrazioni audio-video (in seguito, le “immagini”), anche in forma parziale e/o modificata o adattata, realizzate nel corso dell’evento verranno trattati, nel pieno rispetto del GDPR. I dati saranno trattati, anche con l’ausilio di mezzi elettronici, da soggetti specificatamente incaricati, per le attività di divulgazione e comunicazione di Particleworks Europe Srl.

La finalità del trattamento dei dati personali è la partecipazione e documentazione dell’evento. I dati forniti verranno trattati unicamente per organizzare, gestire e documentare l’evento anche con immagini e video e per l’invio di comunicazioni sui futuri eventi, iniziative e attività di Particleworks Europe Srl e, se autorizzati tramite consenso separato dell’interessato, gli espositori partner di Particleworks Europe Srl.

I dati personali verranno conservati per un periodo di tempo strettamente necessario al conseguimento delle finalità per le quali essi sono trattati.
In relazione alle finalità indicate, i dati potranno essere trasmessi a società e/o persone che prestano servizi, anche esterni, per conto del Titolare per la realizzazione, la promozione e la comunicazione dell’evento oltre che ai soggetti che ospitano l’evento. I dati potranno essere altresì comunicati anche ai partner che concorrono all’organizzazione dell’evento e agli enti promotori anche in qualità di sponsor e fotografie e registrazioni audio-video potranno essere diffuse su siti, istituzioni, su brochure e pubblicazioni in formato cartaceo ed elettronico, nonché su riviste – anche elettroniche – ed altro materiale multimediale.
I dati da lei forniti potranno essere inseriti sulla piattaforma di Mailing istituzionale, per l’invio di “newsletter” Particleworks Europe Srl.
Il conferimento dei dati è facoltativo.
Il rifiuto a fornire i dati comporta l’impossibilità di registrarsi e quindi di partecipare all’evento. Qualora non volesse essere oggetto di ripresa audio-video e/o di diffusione delle immagini, non dovrà partecipare all’evento.
La base giuridica del trattamento è il consenso espresso dall’interessato. Tale consenso viene espresso in occasione della compilazione del modulo di registrazione.
L’interessato, in relazione ai dati personali oggetto della presente informativa, ha la facoltà di esercitare i diritti previsti dal Regolamento UE di seguito riportati:
Particleworks Europe Srl, in ossequio all’art. 19 del GDPR, procede a informare i destinatari cui sono stati comunicati i dati personali, le eventuali rettifiche, cancellazioni o limitazioni del trattamento richieste, ove ciò sia possibile.
Con riferimento alle finalità sopra indicate, l’interessato ha la facoltà di procedere, in ogni momento, alla revoca del consenso del trattamento dei dati identificativi e anagrafici inviando una email a: info@particleworks-europe.com.
Ai sensi dell’art. 7 del GDPR, la revoca del consenso non comporta pregiudizio sulla liceità del trattamento basata sul consenso effettuato prima dell’avvenuta revoca.

The data subject's personal data is processed by persons authorized by the data controller and by data processors specifically appointed and instructed by Particleworks Europe Srl.

During the physical participation in the event, information relating to the access to the conference itself is collected (session, time of access, etc…).
The event will be able to stream live on a platform provided by a partner of the data controller and will be visible only to event participants, sponsors, organizers, and speakers.
Please note that the “Particleworks experience” event may be the subject of recordings and audio-video recordings. The data so processed, including images, films, and audio-video recordings (hereinafter, the "images"), even in partial and/or modified or adapted form, made during the event will be treated in full compliance with the GDPR. The data will be processed, including by electronic means, by staff specifically appointed to carry out the dissemination and communication activities of Particleworks Europe Srl.
The collected images will be stored, also using electronic means, by specifically appointed parties, to carry out the dissemination and communication activities of Particleworks Europe Srl. Personal data will be kept for the period of time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are processed.
In relation to the purposes indicated, the data may be transmitted to companies and/or persons who provide services, including external services, on behalf of the Owner for the realization, promotion, and communication of the event as well as to the subjects hosting the event. The data may also be communicated to partners who contribute to the organization of the event and to the promoters also in the quality of sponsors, and photographs and audio-video recordings may be disseminated on sites, institutions, brochures, and publications in paper and electronic format, as well as in magazines - including electronic - and other multimedia material.
The data you provide may be included in the institutional mailing platform, for the sending of the Particleworks Europe Srl “Newsletter”.
The provision of data is voluntary.
The refusal to provide data involves the inability to register and therefore to participate in the event. If you do not wish to be the subject of audio-video filming and / or dissemination of images, you should not participate in the event.
The legal basis of the treatment is the consent expressed by the person concerned. This consent is expressed when filling out the registration form.
The interested party, in relation to the personal data that is the subject of this notice, has the right to exercise the rights provided by the EU Regulation described below:
Particleworks Europe Srl, in accordance with Article 19 of the GDPR, undertakes to inform the recipients to whom the personal data was communicated, any rectification, cancellation or restriction of processing required, where this is possible.
With reference to the above-mentioned purposes, the interested party has the right to proceed, at any time, to revoke his/her consent to the processing of his/her identification and personal data by sending an email to: info@particleworks-europe.com.
In accordance with Article 7 of the GDPR, withdraw of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on the consent given prior its withdrawal.
