Abstract

This paper described the simulation of e-motor cooling using MPS, a mesh-less approach well-suited to impinging jet and free-surface flow analyses.

We reported the methodology of the MPS e-motor simulation, the internal flow rate split, the windage effects, the HTC distribution, and the temperature distribution.
